Elly was born in St.Cloud and raised in Burnsville, MN. She has 7 years of office management experience. Elly has been known to demonstrate results in high degrees of multi-functioning tasks. Elly has been able to handle several different responsibilities with in the office admin side. Elly is great at problem solving and getting projects accomplished on time. She is always willing and eager to help anyone she can, if you have a question or concern she will try her best to help or direct you to the best person that will be able to help, she is very resourceful and loves to help.
Elly will be working with the day to day office duties that help make our office run smoothly; she is also our Leasing Coordinator. She helps coordinate the leasing process from beginning to end. On her spare time Elly enjoys reading, hanging out with close friends, helping others and making a difference, she is also very goal oriented. Graphic Designer Paul Johnson, was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and has been a member of the Joe Grunnet Downtown Resource Group since its inception. A Graduate of Minneapolis Art Institute with a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing, Paul brings a creative flair to the team. His designs enhance the marketing and advertising face of the Downtown team. Experiences in the design field from news and magazine layout to web design makes Paul a well-rounded designer. Paul keeps up to date with the latest in the design industry to keep the team at the head of the pack. When not busy creating design and marketing pieces, Paul spending time with friends, scuba diving, and visiting local art galleries.
